Bookings Policy

Please click on the Book a Table link on the main page to reserve a table.

Bookings are not confirmed until you have received a confirmation from ResDiary.

On the day of your booking, in case you are running late, we will hold your table for 15 minutes. It will then be released.

Please contact us via info@thelockupbristol.com for any queries regarding bookings.

For parties of 5 or more card details will be taken and a holding deposit of £10 pp will apply. Your card will be debited if you do not attend. If your party is smaller on arrival than originally booked, and without prior notice, your card will be debited. So for example, if you book a table for 6 people but only arrive with 4 people, £20 will be debited from your card.
Late arrivals will curtail your time at your table.
In this current climate we are not taking bookings of more than 8 guests. This will change when it is safe to do so.

Children

We do not have a separate children’s menu. Children are most welcome to choose from our lunch and evening service menus. We serve children’s portions of our roast every Sunday. We have high chairs and baby changing facilities.

Dogs

We welcome well behaved doggies on a lead in the covered and heated terrace area. Drinking water is always available for thirsty hounds.

Wifi

Free wifi is available to all our customers. Please ask for the password.

Parking

We are lucky enough to have a free Bristol City Council car park to the rear of our restaurant. There is also another free car park across on Chalks Road if needed.

Payments

We accept all major credit and debit cards including American Express. Contactless payments to the value of £45. Apple Pay.

Vouchers

If you would like to treat your loved ones to a meal or an afternoon of cocktails on our terrace, we have gift vouchers available in any amount. (min £5). To buy online click here, otherwise you can pop in and ask to speak to the manager who will arrange one for you.
