Bookings Policy

We recommend always booking a table but we do reserve some tables for walk-ins. Please email or give us a call and we will take your booking for you.

Bookings are not confirmed until you have spoken to a member of staff or received an email reply to your booking request.

Parties of 5 or more will require a deposit of £5 per adult.

On the day of your booking, in case you are running late, we will hold your table for 15 minutes. It will then be released.

Please note during peak times, we allow 1.75 hours for tables of 2, 2 hours for 3 or 4 guests and 2.5 hours for tables of 6 or more.

For larger party bookings please email and we will do our best to accommodate you.


We welcome families with children. We have highchairs and provide a children’s menu as well as offering a range of our adult main courses as a children’s portion. Please ask your server if you have any questions at all and we will do our utmost to accommodate your individual need. Baby changing facilities are available.


We welcome well behaved doggies on a lead in the covered and heated terrace area. Drinking water is always available for thirsty hounds.


Free wifi is available to all our customers. Please ask for the password.


We are lucky enough to have a free Bristol City Council car park to the rear of our restaurant. There is also another free car park across on Chalks Road if needed.


We accept all major credit and debit cards including American Express,  contactless payments, Apple Pay and the Bristol Pound.


If you would like to treat your loved ones to a meal or an afternoon of cocktails on our terrace, we have gift vouchers available in any amount. (min £5). To buy online click here, otherwise you can pop in and ask to speak to the manager or just give us a call on 0117 329 0707 and we can take card payments over the phone. The voucher can be posted to you or the recipient of the voucher.
